Updated

I'm so sorry for my slow posting. I'm seriously a horrible blogger and I've been informed that by not posting I'm going to lose blog readers. YIKES! So I'm sorry and I'll try to improve things ;)This week has been uneventful. I've tried out for a few jobs, one at McDonalds, one at a Bernard Cafe, Coles and two different clothing stores. Okay, so that might be more than a few & I'm hoping that they all don't accept me although I'd rather get a job at Bernard's Cafe than anywhere else. They make THE BEST coffee.

So that's what been happening in my life so far. What about yours?

A Breath of Change

As you can tell I've changed my blog. it's strange how I went from someone who only joined blogspot because her friends forced her to, to a girl who relied on this site to get things off her chest and make friends.
At first I wasn't going to use this thing at all, I didn't really see a point and expected people to just magically find my blog, but then I discovered I was moving and realised that because of my lack of 'Facebook' and 'Twitter' this was the only way to communicate with my friends. ever.
It's also a really nice place to make friends and get to know other people, reading you're posts and getting great feedback from my own posts make me feel great. thank you guys <3

My other blog feels kind of childish to me, so after consulting with my friends they helped me change it to look better and I gave it a funky title from one of my favourite books.

i hope you guys enjoy reading my blog, and finding Natallie crazy.

I'm Coming Home

I’m back! And sorry I didn’t tell you where I went, I actually wrote a post and posted it but my computer must have stuffed up and failed to do so, hence leaving you guys scratching your heads and wondering whether I’ve left Blogspot for good or I’ve just been lazy with my posts.
So I’ve been over seas visiting my distant {but not very distant} relatives in Greece, which, if the post actually went on you would have all already known about. But that’s okay since it was my fault you can blame it all on me.

It was actually my cousin’s wedding. It’s funny because I haven’t actually met him before; I’ve never actually been out of the country before.

They had a very traditional Greek wedding with dancing, funky music. The food was delicious and I had so much fun getting dressed and made pretty, they made me feel like it was actually my wedding which I was attending.
I learnt a view dance moves but I didn’t get to stay around for the after-party because apparently everybody gets drunk and go around playing Greek roulette and smashing stuff.

I didn’t stay long in Greece after that, just two weeks and I spent most of my time taking my nephew, two lovely little girls named Janet and Jamie to the beach and fixing up their dresses. They’re very tomboy; they were also on holidays there with my sister who spent most of her time with her nose in a book.

The scenery was all lovely and I spent most of my time drawing pictures which I am too shy to put onto here.
I really didn’t want to leave but I was getting a bit homesick. I missed my friends, my dogs, Casper and Loonie, and my computer and social networking sites.
I was really glad to be back at first but now I just miss it all, I miss the donkeys which just wander around everywhere, the beach, my cousins and my sarcastic uncle-in-law. I wish that I was there again, but right now I’m happy here.

It's A New Year

So what’s your New Year resolution? I have about a ton of things I would like to stick to but I know I would never, so my 2011 resolution would have to be to stick to whatever New Year resolution which I’m going to plan this year.

I’m having good plans for it though. My last years resolution was basically things like:
1. Don't leave homework to the last minute
2. Take shorter showers
3. Recycle
4. Walk to school instead of driving
5. Don't drive as often (which is basically the same as No 4)
6. Don't spend to much time watching TV/surfing the net
7. Eat my vegetables!

I didn’t end up sticking to any of those. I can’t live without my TV, computer, car and long showers. And who does their homework as soon as they get it? And then why do resolutions have to be all little ‘goody-goody’ things such as the above. I find that I usually make mine about saving the environment (yes, I am one of those people who are the prime cause of Global Warming.) (I am sorry).
So on that note I decided to try some different resolutions:
1. Don't take drugs (pretty easy, doesn’t take a brainiac to know that)
2. Read a book all the way through (Goldie Locks, anyone?)
3. Clean out your room (not as easy if you’ve seen my room)
4. Donate to a charity
5. Don't leave the heater on all night
6. Take my dogs for a walk
7. Feed my dogs once in a while
8. Attempt to pay attention in school
9. Eat my vegetables!
10. Give someone an actual birthday present which they’d love

Yes! I managed to get 10 resolutions down. That’s awesome, and I think I might be able to stick to some of these.
What are you’re New Year Resolutions?

Christmas Morning

"Christmas is here! Christmas is finally here, hooray, hooray. Momma, Papa, wake up, wake up! It's Christmas Day! Santa's been! It's Christmas Day!" I bet at least 90% of the world's population did this on Christmas Morning. I know, for one, that I used to wake myself up really early in the morning so I could sneak downstairs and wait under the Christmas Tree. Should I take a peek. I never really did because I was too scared that Santa might find this naughty, so I sat and waited, and then, when the Sun rose, I went screaming into my parents room.
I guessed that the only reason they didn't yell at me for jumping on their stomachs, taking them away from their peaceful dreams, was because it was a given that every single child in the world was probably doing the same. It's Christmas. Totally different from your Birthday because I usually waited in my bed until everyone came and shouted 'Happy Birthday!'

But years later once that little girl grew up a crankier, taller (prettier?) version wakes up early in the morning to jump on the computer and begin blogging. I specifically remember, two months ago, that I thought I'd never go onto Blogger again, that I'd forget my password and would just have an account floating around Blogger Space, never to be touched..... But after countless times my friends kept reminding me and after a long time I finally feel like I'm in love. So much in love that I have to jump on here to post before running to wake everyone up.

And Yes, I still do that, and my parents never say a word about a Seventeen-Year-Old girl jumping on their stomachs, waking them from their peaceful dreams and shouting "Santa's Been!"

A Winter's Wonderland

I'm getting sick of all this snow giving me a cold. I've never been one to like snow. When people shout excitedly that they think snow is wonderful and gorgeous I just look at them strangely and walk away. I hate snow even more than I hate Science, which is saying a lot because I really hate Science--even more so than I hate Maths, which is also saying a lot, because I will never, ever, ever need the things they teach us in Maths. Well, heck, I dont even know what I want to do when I finish school and that's in two years. But at least I wont be doing anymore Science next year *few* although I do have to do more Maths and English which isn't so good. Maybe I'll just become a housewife. . .

Second Post

Seems like you’ve come back for more, eh? And I guess that because I’m writing with it means that I’ve too come back for more. Maybe it’s just because I feel like I’m in a line of duty to update on this regularly, and since this is my second post, I can’t say it’s very ‘regular’.

So currently I’m browsing around for a new house so I can finally get out of my gay apartment and into something more comfortable. My mom says that I could go house binging by myself since she’s too busy. It makes me feel like a real ‘grown up’ you know? Since I just got onto my P’s and now I can happy say: I’m looking for a new house.

I don't really see what the need for a new house it, but my mom wants to move in with her boyfriend (yes, I know, ewwwww!) so we’re gonna move into something bigger in case they want to have kids (yes, I know, ewwwww!). I guess he’s a kind of nice guy, I mean, he bought me chocolate when I first met him. I know it’s a bribe but I like chocolate. When my dad got a girlfriend she bought me chocolate too, but it was dark so I declared war against her.

So he’s alright. For now.

So that’s what’s happening with me so far. What about you guys? What are you planning on doing this weekend? I’m looking for houses, but I guess you already knew that.

First Post

So this is my first post and, inevitably, I have no idea what to write about. Shall I just start by talking about why I decided to do this whole thing in the first place?
Well it was all my friend’s fault. They were the ones which made me make this blog since blogs were ‘so much fun’. I read their own but I’m not much of an internet junkie. It takes me forever to update my Facebook or twitter and I really find no interest in ‘checking in’ every day to see if someone commented on that picture or status I put up.
That’s why I have no idea wether I’ll be updating this at all. I’m guessing that my friends are the only one’s who are going to read it, and I’m suppose to post my ‘thoughts’ or whatever onto this. Yay. I don't keep a diary or journal and it seems hardly necessary to put something like that on a world-wide net.
‘Dear Diary, I love. . .’

I came up with the idea of my weird blog name because of this book of my mother’s that she left on the bed and I was flicking through. It was actually called ‘a man’s view of the world’ I thought I should spice it up a bit with something entertaining and really hard to remember when you type it into the search bar.

Well, firstly, I’m not a man. I’m a woman. Which seems odd for me to be saying, although I am a woman, or teenager, in case you were wondering about what I was going on about. Maybe I should have called my blog ‘a crazy woman’s view of the world,’ you know, get rid of all that sexism that floats around these days. But it doesn’t matter, if anyone reads this or my ‘About Me’ they’ll understand that I’m a woman, and my display name really points it out since I’ve never yet met a man named ‘Natalie’.
So this appears to be a rather long post. Shall I end it here? I think I shall.

If you think this post has, strangely, entertained you then come back for more. Until then, see you around.
